Here at New Wave Hair Co. we are dedicated to helping women find alternative hair pieces that make them feel empowered, confident and beautiful. We know that human hair pieces can be a big expense, and we have designed a way to offer these high quality human hair pieces at a lower price point.

Have you ever seen a wig online and liked certain aspects of it, but it just wasn’t exactly what you wanted? Of course, we all have! What if you could choose every aspect of building your own wig just for you? Think Build-A-Bear for alternative hair! You can choose the color, density, length and cap size. What if you could also add on a money piece, lowlights, or a blended root? And then what if you wanted a plucked hairline, bleached knots or a more layered haircut? How about creating a hat wig to match your wig? We’ve got you covered! You can choose from all these options and more!

So how does this process work? First be sure to look over all of our policies by clicking the tab at the top of the page. Please note, all of these pieces have factory colored bases, with the virgin natural black being the only exception. These pieces CANNOT be further lightened. This means if you see a piece where you like the base color, but would like highlights added to it, this CANNOT be done. We can add color to any piece, but we cannot remove color. However, existing highlights can be toned or darkened upon request. This is very important so please take note of this. Next, look over all of the color options, lengths, density and add ons listed on the website. Once you have decided which options you would like to choose in building your piece, fill out the form below and it will be sent to Lauren, our customer service manager, and she will send you an invoice for your piece. Lauren also offers complimentary Zoom Consultaions if you would like to discuss things one on one and face to face. We highly recommend this especially if you are new to wigs.To schedule a consultation simply click on virtual consultations at the top of the page and schedule a time that is convienent for you. Once you have paid your invoice, now its time to get excited, because we will get to work creating the perfect piece for you! Depending on the options you have chosen, it will take 4-6 weeks to create your piece, and we will let you know the exact time frame during the zoom consultation, email correspondence or on the invoice.
